[There are a few options. Raine is quiet for the space of a sharply indrawn breath as she tries to remember every redhead she's ever met who isn't Zelos.]

Be careful if his hair is crimson. If it's closer to auburn, however...

[Raine knows who of the available options she would like to see.]

If he carries a single longsword, has broad shoulders and a stoic demeanor, that may be Kratos. Does he appear human?

[Refusing to introduce himself is suspicious. Raine has to wonder.]

Mmm, more auburn, [Pepper tells her after a second look.] And yes to the sword, the shoulders, and the stoicism. He doesn't look like a lizard, at least, but if his ears are point I can't tell.

...wait, seriously, Kratos? As in the angel Kratos?

If his hair is that shaggy, it's almost certainly Kratos. Mmmm.

If he doesn't want to give his name, using it will likely make little difference.

[Kratos is good at hiding emotional reactions, for those who don't know him; and Raine is loath to tell even Pepper something that will crack that facade.]

Regardless, can you please inform him I'd like to see him? Don't make any attempt to constrain him by force, but if he's still there, you might pass him the radio.

He's kinda grumpy for an angel. [She's aware that Aselia angels are very different, and her teasing tone is obvious.] I'll try to get him to stop running away, but I already told him you'd want to see him a while ago and he kept insisting otherwise.

[A sigh. This is troubling on a couple of levels. Raine's going to have to track him down now, and it won't be subtle unless she takes the time to quarter the entire city on foot.]

I may simply put out word on the network if he doesn't show up within a week or two.
